Save 20% at great Atlanta restaurants throughout the month of July | Business
Atlanta -- The first annual Dinner & A Cause Card benefiting the “Children of Conservation” project is now available. The card costs only $50 and offers holders a 20% discount at great Atlanta restaurants while contributing 100% of the profits to the education of children and protection of wildlife in third world countries. Giving Never Tasted So Good!
“A desire to help underprivileged children, a passion for animals, and an appreciation for conservation are the three cornerstones of our mission statement,” said Taylor English partner and Children of Conservation co-founder Michele Stumpe. “With approximately 46 million children in Africa who never set foot in school due to the expense, we are continually amazed at how so little can make such an enormous impact on the lives and futures of so many kids. Targeting children of wildlife sanctuary workers, we have an even broader impact by providing a benefit to parents who are working to preserve incredible endangered species while building a future generation of leaders who understand and appreciate the value of conservation. The generosity of the Atlanta restaurant family towards our cause has been staggering.”
Co-founder Kerry Stumpe adds that “it’s always been important to us to make sure that all of the administrative costs are borne by us personally so that any outside donations go directly to the kids.” Top established eateries like Murphy’s, Einsteins, and JCT Kitchen as well as extraordinarily popular newcomers like Local Three and Kaleidoscope are all participating in this unique fundraising effort. With a month to go, over 70 restaurants have already committed to the venture and new restaurants are joining every day.
