HOLLY SPRINGS, Ga. -- Detectives with the Holly Springs Police Department have arrested a 16-year-old male in connection with anti-Semitic graffiti painted in front of a home.

The suspect, whose name will not be released because of his age, has been charged with felony Terroristic Threats and Interference with Government Property, as well as misdemeanor Criminal Trespass.

The graffiti was painted on the victim's garbage can and on the street in front of his home. It contained threatening messages related to the homeowner's Jewish faith, as well as symbols that appeared to be swastikas and Nazi SS lightning bolts.

The victim in this case has asked to remain anonymous.

The juvenile suspect is being held in the regional youth detention center.
