ADOPT A PET: Meet June | Pets
Title (Max 100 Characters)
MARIETTA, Ga. – If you dream of coming home to a cool purr or a comforting meow adopt a kitten from your local pet shelter. According to the ASPCA, approximately 5 million to 7 million domesticated animals enter animal shelters nationwide, every year, and approximately 3 million to 4 million are euthanized. However, you can change those numbers but adopting a “companion” for yourself or your family. Pets are an investment but, in our opinion, an investment well worth the money.
June is a domestic short hair gray and white cat; the Humane Society didn’t specify her age but said that she was an older cat. She has been spayed and his up-to-date with her shots. According to the Humane Society, Ms. June is very loving and friendly but she’s afraid of dogs. She is house-trained but prefers to live in a home alone with her owner. June is a mature cat so she won’t be as responsive as a kitten, at first, but over time she’ll warm up to you and become a perfect companion.
